  IT SOFTWARE PRODUCT OVERVIEW 

Established in 1993 IT SOFTWARE, a Milan based company, designs and develops frontoffice solutions to satisfy the needs of the most sophisticated financial institutions.

IT SOFTWARE, with its trading oriented range of products, has a complete platform to manage all front and middle office issues that could occur to financial institutions, even to the most demanding ones.

Easy Trade^TM platform, installed in various banks and brokerage firms’ trading floors in Italy and abroad, deals with order routing, order management, market making, trading, risk monitoring and electronic matching.

Each product of the Easy Trade^TM platform is natively integrated and can be combined to cover, in an ever changing market, all the requirements of the financial institutions.

More recently IT SOFTWARE developed a new product, RADAR, to satisfy the needs of financial institutions coping with the Market Abuse and Mifid Directives.

A dedicated set of services and products, designed for the bond market and MTS platform, complete IT SOFTWARE's product and service offer.

The products currently in the Easy Trade^TM platform are:

• Easy Trade^TM Client: more than ten years’ experience with professional operators has allowed the realization of an advanced client for multi-market and multi-asset trading. Easy Trade^TM Client is a very functional product, highly profilable and suitable both for the most demanding trading floor operators and for high rate retail users. Thanks to Easy Trade^TM Toolkit, it allows the development of new custom functions to catch the need of financial institutions which want to differ from their competitors.
   

• Easy Trade^TM Contribution System: is IT SOFTWARE market making solution. It was devised in 1995 to help the financial institutions that adhered to the new italian covered warrant market and then it was extended to cover all market making activities, on equity, bonds and derivative products.
   

• Easy Trade^TM Information System: is a high performance middleware designed to assure an efficient and secure transport of high rate streaming data coming from heterogeneous information sources: markets, information providers and bank’s internal applications. The extensive use of XML and paradigms such as Publish & Subscribe, make this system easily adaptable to the different needs of delivering data feeds, over the Internet as well.
   

• Easy Trade^TM Margin System: is devised to evaluate the margins of a derivative products’ portfolio, online and just in few milliseconds. Both online brokers and investment banks feel the need of optimizing the use of clients’ liquidity. Easy Trade^TM Margin System is the ideal instrument to satisfy this kind of need, assuring to clients the full use of their liquidity even remaining within the margin requirements imposed by clearing houses.
   

• Easy Trade^TM Market Engine: in Italy, the birth of Alternative Trading Systems as an extension of banks’ distribution channels or as multilateral alternatives to the Italian Stock Exchange, is a recent phenomenon. IT SOFTWARE went along with the development of the main Italian Alternative Trading Systems since the beginning, and engineered the matching platform that runs these systems today. 
   

• Easy Trade^TM Middle Office: the integration of data flows from different front-office systems and the production of consistent and optimized flows to back-office, risk-management and other post-trade systems is a relevant issue in today financial institutions. This system has been developed to make this task easier 
   

• Easy Trade^TM Order Management System: is an order management system that assures the complete management of broker order flows. It supports both native market gateways, third party market gateways and broker connections to the main execution venues worldwide. It naturally supports the main communication protocols and FIX.
   

• Easy Trade^TM Online: is an ASP service for online brokers who want to supply to their most demanding clients a professional trading workstation lined up with international brokers most sophisticated trading technologies. Exploiting Easy Trade^TM Client’s flexibility and the integration with different content providers, Easy Trade^TM Online is the ideal service to satisfy even the most demanding day-traders. 
   

• Easy Trade^TM Order Routing: is a product devised to allow the intelligent routing of order flows deriving from bank’s legacy systems or electronic order routing networks. Its speed of execution, robustness and flexibility in the configuration of routing and filter policies, make it an ideal instrument to route large quantities of orders on different markets and brokers.
   

• Easy Trade^TM Risk Manager: this Position Keeping and Risk Management server was developed to assist and support trading. It carries out efficient pre-trade order validation and supports all controls imposed by supervisory bodies and the stock exchange. It allows defining different risk profiles that will be associated to each account. It is completely integrated with Easy Trade^TM Client, Easy Trade^TM Online and Easy Trade^TM Web. It uses Easy Trade^TM Margin System to evaluate the margin requirement on derivative products operations.
   

• Easy Trade^TM Smart Path: in a post MiFID environment with new MTFs, Regulated Markets and Dark Pools there is the need to implement Smart Order Routing systems to access in a seamless and efficient way the available liquidity. Easy Trade^TM Smar Path is the solution developed by IT SOFTWARE to cope with this need and to provide Best Execution to clients.
   

• Easy Trade^TM Web: it is IT SOFTWARE multi-channel online platform. Easy Trade^TM Web is a trading system that can be complemented in the bank’s portal. It can integrate itself with Back Office services and bank’s security procedures and current accounts. Technologically, it has a rich API set through which both PULL and PUSH user interfaces can be realized. Thanks to the integration with all other IT SOFTWARE products, it assures the link with the main markets worldwide and with the leading data-feed vendors and financial content providers. It is also available in ASP mode.

RADAR: this product has been designed to support the bank in complying with the new Market Abuse Directive. With its rich set of predefined rules and its flexibility in setting parameters, thresholds and defining tailor made rules is the ideal tool. The use of IT SOFTWARE trading knowledge in definition of algorithms to assess market manipulation practices guaranties the generation of "good alerts". The product comes with a complete set of tools to support the user alerts and data analysis.

MIFID (Market In Financial Instruments Directive) is going to change completely the way financial institutions do business in Europe today. It's not yet another Directive to comply with but more a business opportunity to catch. IT SOFTWARE provides its know-how in order execution, order routing, order matching to support today and tomorrow financial institutions exploiting the business opportunities connected to MIFID.
